About Norm's Owner

Norm was officially launched in 2024 by a woman that had already dedicated 7 years of her life to providing top-notch marketing strategies to struggling and thriving businesses alike. After years of working for other agencies, she grew tired of how impersonal and cold they all seemed to be. They all craved the dollar after dollar spent by these businesses and focused on sales, not what really mattered – the human beings running these businesses that needed their help. She quit those jobs time after time, hoping to find another agency that treated their clients with the respect they deserved, but she had begun to give up. One day she, instead of applying for yet another agency that would just ultimately let her down, decided to take her marketing experience and start doing something called Freelance Copywriting.

If you’ve never heard of a Freelance Copywriter, they are professional writers that take their marketing expertise and work with clients on a project-to-project or contract basis. They work without the management of an agency, meaning they have the freedom to control all of their own rules, policies, and processes. Immediately after starting her Freelance Copywriting career, her mind was blown away by how much better she was able to aid these people without the watchful eye of the cold-hearted management that she had worked for in the past. With her unique personal approach to her work, she was able to see things differently than other, larger agencies and could figure out exactly where clients were struggling, where clients were excelling, and exactly what to improve for clients to not only see growth but customer or client retention. She held their hands throughout the entire process and gave them a comforting space to consistently chat about their concerns and receive not only reassurance, but the ability to completely personalize their contracts or packages accordingly.

As her head finally hit her pillow after a particularly busy day of work, she recalled the relief she could see on her client’s faces and hear in their voices as they had begun to reach the goals they so desperately sought after. It was a relief she'd never seen or heard in her years of working for other agencies; a look and sound she would never forget. With that, she knew what she had to do – she had to continue to help people on a larger scale. The next morning, she immediately got to work on figuring out how to go about starting her own marketing agency. A year later, she founded Norm.
